All shuttle passes must be purchased through our drivers or designated booking platforms.
Payments are non-refundable unless services are canceled by us.
Multi-run passes must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.
Service Use
Shuttle services operate on a scheduled basis. Riders must arrive on time to avoid missing their ride.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual due to safety concerns, misconduct, or violation of these terms.
Riders are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings.
Safety and Liability
Riders must follow all safety guidelines provided by staff and wear appropriate protective gear.
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during shuttle rides or related activities.
Participation in mountain biking and shuttle services is at the rider’s own risk.
Cancellations and Changes
We reserve the right to cancel or modify shuttle schedules due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified as soon as possible of any changes that may affect their booking.
Code of Conduct
Riders must respect fellow passengers, staff, and the environment.
Littering, vandalism, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the service without a refund.
Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during bookings is used solely for operational and communication purposes.
We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
